What does ‘safe’ in thread title mean?

We do margaritas
1 part tequila
1 part lime juice
1/2 part grand marnier ot cointreau
splash OJ ( or Pom just to be different)
Not one damn drop of sugar nor disgusting sweet and sour mix. Just say no to bad margaritas..
pinch salt per ounce tequila (if not salting the rim)
Shake hard in a shaker so some ice melts and serve straight up in a coupe glass

Or If in a bourbon mood a Franky the Butcher (mty version opf a local restaurant cocktail

1 part bourbon or rye
1/2 part Cherry Heering. (Look it up bourbon fans and GREAT add for bourbon cocktails
1/4 part Amaro of some type, like Montenegro as it is moderate in flavor
1/4 to 1/3 part sweet vermouth
Few drops favorite bitters on hand for each part bourbom
2 amerena cherries plus little bit of the syrup they are in

Shake well in shaker of ice,
Pour into a cold coupe or martini glass into which the cherries have been added

And of course minimalist bourbon neat, or with a few cubes and/or with just a dash of bitters is nice too.

I decided recently I wanted give wine a try so my wife picked me up some of this for my birthday. This winery is only a couple of miles up the street so it seemed like a good place to get started. 74FFF981-D57B-4F9A-9748-8925707E7078.jpeg
