What load does your youth shoot well

My nephew is going to be 11 next year and i want to buy him a muzzle loader for him. What loads have your kids had success with?

80 grains of buckhorn 209, and a 200 grn TC shockwave. I've also experimented with powerbelts so they could load themselves easier but never liked terminal performance with lighter loads.
