I'm pretty proud of my Bloody Mary chili, using the Traeger smoked Bloody Mary mix as a base. This recipe was the inspiration but I make mine with my own custom-blended six pepper chili powder, make mine with two cans of black beans and nix the quinoa: https://nevadafoodies.com/elk-bloody-mary-chili-con-carne/

I have a similar recipe minus beans and quinoa and instead substitute vodka

I can sous vide a pretty damn good backstrap though. Also hard to mess it up with one of those though!
