Looks like the local head of the Bureau of Reclamation is heading back to his roots in BIllings after a decade of water management in NorCal.
Mike Ryan will be overseeing the Great Plains office in Billings and heading up Bureau operations from about the Canadian border to the tip of Texas.
Have been in negotiation with him on a few different issues over the years...you folks are getting a pretty good hand here.
