Weight of arrow

For transitional bow just wondering on what arrow weight most people use for a 55lb bow? Also which arrows people are using? Looking at the gold tip transitional arrows.I don't want to spend alot of money since I'm still trying to get the hang of the bow. But willing to get better arrows that might be the arrow I use to hunt when I get ready.

I shoot traditional @ 57lbs with a 29.5” arrow. My arrow weight total is 580 grains.

Found this weight to be more effective on Elk. I wouldn’t recommend going less expensive or cheap on the arrows.
