Couple guys caught with 8 pounds of lead weights in their fish. Looks like they had it coming because they’ve won (stolen) a lot of money and had suspicious results in previous tournaments.

I wonder how small of weights they started out with. Because by the time they got caught, they were being really stupid. Anybody who catches fish and weighs them regularly is going to be able to tell 8 lbs worth of "something ain't right" in a bag that small.

Went to our local hardware/bait/coffee shop yesterday and on the checkout counter they had a big box of 3 oz egg sinkers. In black marker they wrote walleye tournament weights…there was a pretty big walleye tournament in town this last weekend.
