I had an epic night check. First I caught my biggest and best bellied cat ever, then did a coyote stand and called in a lion. Fun night!

I’m going to get a nice camera after the season and a white light for my gun and try to film me calling and killing a lion this spring/summer/fall. I have a green scanning light and green gun light right now. It’s easier to see eyes with the green light, but since everything looks green when the lights on, it’s tough to see anything if it turns it’s head so you don’t get the eye reflecton. I’ll can with the green, and shoot with the white.

Sweet cat congrats. All we get around here are mange covered coyotes
