Damn, I'd like to see that but I don't have the internet for it. Says it's 24 minutes or so. I'll look for the book. Is the video related to the book?

Neither mention each other, but the story lines are similar. Basically in Last Stand, Punke explains why we even have a conservation movement, and its borne of the plight of the bison, which Mahoney talks about in the video.

Agree. Iv'e promoted that book many times on this forum. You cannot understand the history of the conservation movement in America without understanding the role bison slaughter, Grinnell, and hunters played in creating a conservation ethic in America.
