Went out last weekend to look for sheds in a new area that I seen elk tracks. It wasn’t as productive as I thought it would be on quantity, but definitely better than I though for quality. And the deadhead at the end of the day made the entire trip! *Side note* there is a shed season in certain counties in Nevada to protect wintering elk. These were all found in Clark County (Vegas area) were there is not wintering area and no closed shed season. And yes, there are elk and deer (very large bucks) around Vegas. And I did text the game warden and get permission to take the deadhead.
