It's gonna be pretty soon. Like ImBillT said, credit cards can't be updated any longer. I called yesterday and was told that they were in the process of completing the draw and that cards wouldn't be able to be updated until after results were posted. I would think we should be knowing something real soon.

That's amazing and exactly what I've seen. When we first moved to UT from TX, we still had TX plates and got pulled over a couple times. Both times there was no ticket, but we haven't even gotten pulled over a single time in the last 2 years with UT plates.

I've seen the same thing in WY though. Locals can be flying by and I get pulled over going 40 on a city road with a speed limit of 35.
