You don't support further restrictions against Non-Residents, but somehow you are against the court rulings that USO won??? Your gonna have to explain that one a bit, we aren't all as smart as Elkcheese at being able to understand. (I would make an MSU comment, but last time I did, representatives of the MSU Registrars Office e-mailed me, disavowing actually issuing you a diploma. They said it was a "Certificate of Attendence" for a truck driving program....)

So you support having Federal Lands in Western States (in the 9th Circuit's region) that you are not allowed to hunt, as the State won't issue you a tag, solely because you are not from that state???

Because, if he has his way, only the very wealthy will be able to hunt in the future. Hunting shouldn't be about who has the most money. And no, I don't agree with guaranteed outfitter tags or landowner tags either. But USO is worse, he's even worse than elk farming, in my opinion (and that's pretty bad.)

But just so you know, I support the states being able to make the decisions on who will hunt the wildlife they manage. States should have complete control over residents and non-resident license allocation, the mix, the prices, the seasons, etc. Rehberg, Baccus, & Burns know that too.
