A word of caution on using a bottle with insufficient circumference. I was once surf fishing on a popular beach and the only way to relieve oneself was to use a bottle inside of your waders. I’ll spare the vulgar details but the bottle became pressurized just enough to cause some spray-age.

Back in the day when i believed pee would spook deer I would pee in a bottle . Made a great hand warmer !

I pee in scrapes every time possible. I have a camera on a large community scrape, peed in it one afternoon and had 5 bucks work it that night.

I do as well, and have a sequence of pics of a real nice 4 yr old buck spending 5+ minutes absolutely obliterating the scrape that same night.
Mark Kayser had some info that human urine loses its human-ness in less than 10 minutes (minus coffee, he said). I let er fly from the stand and have never noticed anything negative from deer because of it, and I’m a stickler on scent control otherwise.

I've also peed in scrapes and had that scrape attacked and dug out by morning. I also, when on the ground, will make a small scrape and pee in it. Often it's "bigger and deeper" next time I hunt there
