The sense of accomplishment that you feel when you kill a deer with a load that you made yourself. I had cleaned and prepped the brass, but he primed it, threw the powder, and seated the bullets on his own under my watch. I offered instruction, obviously, and setup and started things for him. 8 years old. Kinda cool if’n ya ask me.

👍 love this. My kids all help load ammo down to the youngest who “lines them up and counts them in the plastic boxes”. Way better than them being on phones/tablets/tv.
 
Awesome man. Happy for you and your boy. My boy was "helping" me load bullets right before my Wyoming trip, he's a big fan of seating bullets.
 
That's pretty damn impressive to say the least. Congrats to the young man and yourself.
