Tumbling Brass

I used to use a dryer sheet and lemon shine in my media now I switched to stainless steel wet tumbler I love it only regret is I didn’t get it sooner

I used both corn cob and walnut media before thru a Hornady tumbler didn’t have a preference my self one over the other now I’ve switched to the Frankfort arsenal ss tumbler

I don’t want to risk shortening brass life, so I avoid chemical additives when tumbling. I also get nervous about any residue being left on the casing which could cause issues with powder or primer. Maybe I’m just anal or paranoid...

I use corncob media and a dryer sheet or paper towel. Cleans it just fine. I’m also a part time cheapskate with three growing kids, so that makes a difference too
