Truck Tents... Thoughts?

So Im thinking about getting a truck tent for my upcoming hunt and want to know if anyone has one or has had experience with one. Was originally going to just sleep in the bed under the stars but now thinking the $200 may not be a bad idea to keep wind and bugs away....thoughts?

P.S. Not one for sleeping on the ground and a wall tent is not in the budget at the moment.

I know you said not one for sleeping on the ground, and wall tent not in the budget. There is an alternative that has worked well for me that will be close to your budget and that is a hub style Ice House from Eskimo. They come in various sizes, are sturdy and can attest they handle the elements well. Just pickup a cot and mattress and you'll be good to go.
