Tire chains/cables for 2006 Chevy Tahoe 4x4

All,

I have a 2006 Chevy Tahoe LT 5.3L with the "push-button" 4wd system. I would like to purchase chains/cables for it, however, I have read in random posts that this type of Chevy 4x4 vehicle does not have the clearance or wheel well capacity for chains. I have not heard anything about cables so wanting to know what others think and/or what you do with your Chevy rig?

Chains will fit the front just fine. I chained up all 4 on an 05 Chevy half ton many times.
