Ive started using minwax wood hardener on my skulls. It acts like glue. I put on several coats which doesn’t take long and keeps the teeth intact and in place. It does make it a bit shiny which I originally never like but you can dull it down w a nylon brush. The sheen has grown on me and I feel better about them being more durable.
