Tim Nolans Bears

This is Tim Nolan and 3 nice bears he has taken here in 3 diffrent years.all 3 where shot with a thompson/center grayhawk .50 cal.black powder rifle.The first one whent 360#He shot this one on the ground bayed by my hounds. the second 390# and the last one 350#He shot out of trees. he said next time he will hold out for a big one LOL.

He will probably go a long time without seeing a bigger bear than any of those 3 Tobey.What is that guy,a trophy magnet or what.Why do you think the bears are bigger up your way? Do you do any skinning in the woods or do you take them all out whole?Wish we had that choice in N.H.

Its the shirt George If you notice he is wherein the same shirt in each pictures.
I skin them all in the woods George unless there right beside the truck.Its so much easier and the mess stays there.We use army duffel bags to pack them out in
