Tikka - Sportsmatch T084

Just picked up a T3X Ember Roughtech .300 WM and a Leupold VX5 3-15x44 scope. A little confused on what model I should be looking at. Will the T084 suffice?

Unless you’re gonna go rings/rail. Yes, the T084 would be what I would pick for a 30mm tube and 44mm objective.

Yes, the T084 rings will work.

That said, Unknown Munitions has developed a set of Tikka rings that are an improved version of the Sportsmatch. They’re more robust, heavier duty screws and have multiple recoil pin positions on both bases.

I have T084 rings on all of my Tikkas. All future Tikkas will get the UM rings.
