I setup climbing sticks to get most of the way up the tree as I figured I would be climbing a lot, @Dsnow9 hooked me up with a great climbing setup a couple years ago so I was all setup up with ropes.

The electric saw was a CF managing rope and cord was a whole thing.

I did manage to tie off of the branches well, and was able to land them all on my patio, nothing crashed onto my neighbors house, garage, or my shed. Was pretty stoked on that.

@Dsnow9 makes this look waaaaay easier and less scary than it is… pucker factor was peak and I didn’t have the balls to climb out on some skinny branches to get the last few dead limbs.

Come on, that’s when it gets fun!!!
