Nice bull for these parts, but like an idiot I set the cam so the sun shines right into it.

Great Pics !! I like the one with the 3 bulls walking the trail....

I may have asked before, but what brand of camera's are you using ??

8 days..info like that is great. I've found from trapping that big cats make the rounds in about 7-10 days as well.

Stupid rule. I am going to talk to a couple of the commissioners I know and try to figure out what the hell is behind that. I also know Jim Kropp and will ask him if this is something they asked for, or if it stems from some real problem.

Loved these pics and hate to see them come to an end.

I also got the very corner of a bumper of a truck, can't see any paint. They were lucky they drove by the slowest camera I have. Dang!!!! Faster cam would have had the whole truck and the plate. Almost another bust.

Homebrews, just build them myself.

Here is the workbench/disaster. I have two boards, cams, parts, all I need is two pelican cases to build two more cams. Lost my urge to finish them now though.

WOW! those pics were great! Thanks for sharing Drath.

I really enjoy the wolf with the muleys in the background... Sheesh the stealth within that stride.

Hope some clarity is brought out regarding the cam deal. Better than most to abide by such an ambiguous regulation especially seeing the value behind your efforts.

Man this is ridiculous.
The rule is a complete crock of sh!t.
If you try to get something going to oppose this stupid rule, know you've got my support.

Great pics Drahthaar,
It's a selfish law, considering that range finders are legal. They tell you instantly what the range is. It's the same as saying you think bear baiting not ethical, but hunting deer in a food plot's OK. People have a weird beliefs and thoughts when dealing in self righteousness.

Looks like they do a great job... where do you load the clip with the rifle shells ??...:D

I agree - banning the use of trail cam's is a bunch of horse crap... They also help detect illegal activities during the hunting seasons... I set mine up to help detect illegal trespassers on my property during the Wis. gun deer season.

Kudos to you for abiding - I would have a hard time with that..

There is an idea. Motion sensing gun cam. Tresspassers would really not like that.

Dude.. come on. Some laws were meant to be broken. :D

This would be one of them.. just rewind the date-stamp on your camera by a year. Post new 2009 photos every year, and put your neighbor's name and ph # on your camera.

I've been meaning to get a camera for years, and have never done it. I wanted to take pictures in July and August mostly..
