I was thinking the exact same thing. I hadn't realized just how big his dad's buck was.

Kind of a wild night. Went to the Bobcat game. Ended up going down town for a couple drinks with friends. Got an uber home. My driver was Stetson Lawrence. If you don’t know who that is watch”Another 8 second ride”. Watched that a few years ago and love the bull riding mentality. Dude is a man among the boys in my book! What state you take the mega 3 point? General tag?

Came out of Oregon somewhere in the desert country south east of bend. I’m sure it’s different now than it was 35 years ago. I believe it was a general tag at the time, and I think it’s easy to draw controlled hunt now. I don’t know much about the history and quality of that area. If someone does, reach out.

His hunting buddy told me it was a very exceptional deer for the area even for 35 years ago.
