Texas Feral Pig logistics

No longer than the flight should be, I'd look into alarger ice chest and pack it in dry ice. Hauled some fish to a guy in Montana out of seattle wash like that in a cardboard box in the cubby hole of on truck and the ice didn't even melt and fish still frozen when I got there, Eastern Montana. Dry ice is the thing to do.

Dunno about travel, but I leave in the cooler for 3 days and drain the water and change ice daily. It pulls alot of the funk out of the boars along with the blood. Sows almost always taste great. I wait until it's cold enough. Chiggers are my nemesis. Definitely cook well, you don't want trichinosis.
