Temperature for rare and medium rare waterfowl

I've got some Canada goose that I would like to slow grill. If I'm shooting for rare or medium rare, what internal temperature should I look for when using a meat thermometer?

135° for rare 145° medium rare. Keep in mind that those are final temps. Carry over cooking will give you 5 to 10° after you take the meat off the heat.

Grilled it slowly to 130F the pulled it and let it rest.

thanks. I'm super proud of him and that goose was wounded and not easy to swim down. He did amazingly well.

Dinner was excellent! A little chewy, but not bad if sliced thin.
