Furthest, bull elk@45 yards
Closest, bull elk@8 yards

Average would probably be 30 yards. I've hunted with recurve, and compound since the 70's.

Furthest: 88 yards, mule deer
Closest: 9-10 yards, elk
My average is 45-50 yds, 25-30 animals.

My best shot, by far, was 50 yds on a chukar.

Another whitetail doe down this year. So I’ve upped my kill count to a whopping two.

New long of 26 yards with a new average of 23 yards.

Again no antlers, but still a blast!

Shortest: 19 yards, black bear (several from the same stand/bait/distance)
Average: math is for nerds.

Mostly gophers at 20-30 yards, a nice deer at 47 and an elk at 40…
