Me and Basin did our first deer shed walk of spring, no luck but seen a buck with one side dropped. I let him chase all rabbits and he chased a jack up the pictured draw, once he returned he sat and watched as a eagle low circled looking for that rabbit. I think he was routing for the eagle!

Not much of a picture at first glance, but a friend and I went hunting for rabbits and trees. Killed one of each. The tree is Osage, and in 2-years time, should produce a couple more hunting pictures of arrowed whitetails. At least, that is the plan.

Those logs may not look big but they are seriously heavy. 30% denser than oak.

There were a couple times when I had to just grab some kid and pick him/her up so I didn't bowl them over. It's like playing against a bunch of little moving parking cones... That kid with the puck, in the picture, is going to be fearsome some day!

We started out with a single cow a bunch of years ago. She had her calf and "my" herd has been growing. Last count there were around 18-20. It's tough to catch them in one picture.
