mtmiller asked how Sunday was so here is the way it turned out for us.

Today I hooked up with my regular duck hunting buddy and our mutual friend from Williston, ND. After watching the birds yesterday we knew they didn't really move around much until after noon. We hit our favorite duck hole at 1:00 pm and managed at 15 greenhead limit in less then an hour. The birds were just pouring in on top of us.

My two partners and my dog with 15 greenheads.

Done hunting and just watching birds land all around us. Man I wish I didn't have to work this week.

I love this time of year.

NIICCCEEE. Great limits. I am still trying to thaw out the birds I got on Saturday. Hopefully tonight I can finish up the critters from the weekend.

I like the pictures with the dog. Tough to ever have them look at the camera instead to the sky searching for birds. :D I don't think Axl understands what a limit means either. :D

Great pics Nemont...looks a bit brisk out that way ;)

Your dog reminds me of when I took my nephew goose hunting one time- it was about six degree and the river banks were frozen snow/ice. He kep staring at my Chessy with this kinda half-frown-half-puzzled look on his face. I finally asked him whazzzup and he says (mind you this is a 12 year old who doesn't get out of the house much) "I can't believe your dog will just sit there with his nuts in the snow- dang!"

The "dang" just busted my chops he was so freakin serious! :D
...then again, the kid's got a point ;)
