Spring time in North Idaho

My 11 year old daughter completed her hunters safety on Saturday and this morning I was able to take her out chasing gobblers. We had some early morning success and were able to make it back home in time for her to catch the bus for school. One happy daughter and one proud papa!

Thanks guys, I do love spending time in the woods with my kids. Spring Turkey hunting is a poor man's elk but easier to pack! We do have a few more tags and I hope to add a couple more pics to this thread before spring is over.

Went out this morning for the opener with a buddy. Walked several miles before even hearing a gobble. We did however have get a double. A great morning to be in the woods.

Had a good hunt with ERSS who drove 450 plus miles up to CDA from South East Idaho to chase birds. Had a great time and had some success.

Got to take an acquaintance and his son out for an afternoon hunt. Our first set was a bust with no birds harmed but on our second set he was able to take his first!
