I kind of think that our game animals need some time without human disturbance.

is that the issue..."human disturbance"?

Game animals? I think we might be putting too much temptation on some ethicly challenged road hunters. I realize that some guys may have a need to scout at night. But just as a SWAG, I'm thinking poachers have even more need.

No problem with it, as long as it's legal. Sometimes it's fun to get a peek at what is really out there.
