Not sure how it works there, so honest question, is everything draw or do you still have resident OTC opportunities?

No OTC for residents for rifle deer tags that I know of. Maybe late Muzzleloader? but doubt that also. The only "OTC" for residents is archery for deer and antelope. It just takes a few days to get the tag in the mail, not a true OTC, but available for them all season I believe.

Archery is OTC. Rifle and muzzleloader are draw statewide. “Disclosure”, I will hunt with my bow.

I had 9 pts , i drive by the area quite often going back and forth from ND. With the rains western SD has had this spring should be a good horn growth year !!

I’am sorry but i can’t help u out, was going to hunt the last week of the season but i got sick with covid.It may be tough to get around the area got about 8 inches of snow and the winds at 50 mph making for deep hard drifts
