Evidently this high end trout fishing gear is not quite sized to fit a lard assed walleye guy. Guess I should have ordered an "XL." I was provided these in a size "L" to try out, a couple years ago. They are now one "model" old. They are a great pair of pants, but they are just a tad too tight for my 37" waist.
I have two (2) pairs of each of the following.
SOLD! > Simms fishing pants. This model is a kakhi color, in size "L." The Simms website says an "L" fits a 35-36 inch waist and has a 32" inseam. These have the double layered rear for sitting/rowing all day long. They have reinforced knees. One pair was worn for one day of fishing, but you would never know it. The other has never been worn. Two back pockets, with one that zippers closed. When they were the current model these sold for $70 per pair.
Both pairs, to your door, is priced at $60, or $35 per pair if you only want one pair.

Reinforced knees.

Double fabric on rear.

SOLD! > Simms fishing shorts. This model is an olive/stone color. Size is "L," and the waist sizing on shorts is also 35-36. These have two cargo pockets in front, two pockets in the rear, with one of the rear pockets having a zip. At the time, they sold for $60 per pair.
Both pairs to your door is $45, or $25 per pair, if you only want one pair.

Double fabric on rear.

Both are made of a quick drying fabric that has an SPF factor. I cannot recall the SPF factor, but I think it was a 30. Some of their shorts are SPF 50.
