Rubbed it with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and crushed garlic. Turned out so good. I still have a few more backstraps left. We are gonna be having some good eating the next few weeks!

We eat a lot of ground, but the backstrap is our favorite. Honestly, I forgot I still had some in the freezer. I was going through it and found 4 packages of antelope. All backstrap!!
