Funny this post came up. I was hunting over there yesterday and today and wondered how sheep would live there. Super unique gulches and hills. Would never think there’s a sheep population there.

Short version. We spent 9 days hunting on 2 different trips. Looked at 14 different rams. One was larger but we never got a shot at him. We had help from lots of new friends and were lucky to harvest a beautiful chocolate ram. Three missed shots were demoralizing but I'm proud that he stuck it out.
