SB 281: Reducing the number of antleress B tags for Non--Residents

Again, Season setting happens starting this year. That's the time to work on the changes for B tags for residents. This bill is not a stand alone effort, but part of the larger package and that includes adjustments for the season setting process.

But I have 0 faith in Fwp . These tags will get sold and it will only hurt Fwp cuz they’ll make less $ cuz you residents buy a b tag for like .75 cents

It's going to be a long committee hearing due to a big grizzly bear bill and a change in bird dog training licensing.

3-4,000 is a conservative number as well. We'll reassess after a couple of years if this passes, and whatever the data is, the data is.

Ben, you are very knowledgeable, but I have to take major issue with that. FWP and the legislature haven’t been data-driven decision makers in awhile. Remember when shoulder seasons were presented as an experiment, to be reassessed?
