Damn. Made the mistake of not going to see him when he played Billings a few years ago. Really regret it now. Peace to his family.

He was on my bucket list of concerts.

My wife and I saw him 4 times. The last was in late September in Laughlin, Nevada. Outdoors and at show time the temperature was 105 degrees. He came out sweating like every body else and promised a great show to all who would suffer to hear him sing. And he really delivered!
RIP to an incredible artist.

“We’ll put a boot in your ass. It’s the American way.” I remember how some criticized him for that song, but man, did it make us red blooded Americans feel patriotic. I bet the troops went wild when he sang that one. RIP Mr Keith.

To this day servicemen and women who eat at his bar do not pay.

His performance of Dont Let The Old Man In at People's Choice was remarkable given his condition.

I grew up in Sacramento and was a Wayman Tisdale fan. This song made me teary eyed. I hope they start a band in heaven.

One of my very favorite songs of his also! I really liked a bunch of his songs that didn't go mainstream.
