I have a twin to this only in a .280 that I bought new in 1986. Still my “go to” rifle for opening day. I thought my son would want this one but he prefers his 6mm so it’s going to find a new home.

Great rifle and Caliber. I bought one from Nick87 in 2018 and it shoots great. Only put a Timney trigger in it, plan to do more hunting with it this upcoming fall. Best of luck on the sale. Glad I didn’t sell it last year

I bought mine over 30 years ago. It is in the .280 Remington. Never will hunt Elk with anything else. When I go there might be a little struggle over who get's her. She's a pleasure.

I know what you're talking about. The .270 and .280 share living quarters with a never fired Remington 700 Mountain Rifle in the .257 Roberts.

Time for a June bump. This rifle is getting comfortable in the safe nestled with several that mirror it (.257 Roberts & .280). That being said, I would like to find it a home before cooking up loads and making it a permanent resident in the gun safe.

I have the twins to that rifle also from the early 80's. Although only the .270 BDL on the bottom is close to mint.
I can't believe nobody has taken you up on your rifle. Those wood stocks are beautiful.
