Rare opportunity in Ohio

My dad and I were just given permission to hunt about 400 acres of prime whitetail land by one of the largest land owners in our area. They manage their lands for trophy hunting. We have always been good friends with them and treated them right. Dad has done their taxidermy work for years. They said they didn't like seeing dad and I on the verge of quitting around here and wanted to make sure we always had a place. I'm amazed considering they outfit and lease a lot of land. I guess it pays to treat people right. Going to scout it out a little this weekend. I'll try to get some pics.
