Bought a lot site unseen in Prince William Sound.Alaska this summer. Made plans to take my boat that I bought this summer up next June and start clearing the lot. Decided I better go up check it out first. Just got back and glad I did. Learned a lot but not near enough. Can't wait to get back. Did do about three hours fishing and I couldn't stop grinning!

Looks like a beautiful piece of property. You'll make some memories there I'm sure.
Been quite the year. Two trips towing a boat and a cabin to Valdez. Two landing craft trips and too many trips with my overloaded boat. But no real incidents,but tons of adventures and I am ready for next summer. Got the cabin up in three days with the help of my family.
