What are some good resources to figure out if roads are public or private. In Colorado if that makes any difference.

In the left column, click MVUM for forest service public roads and motorized trails.
Click BLM Roads for overlay showing all open roads and motorized trails on BLM.

After that the sky is the limit on the Atlas. Private land, state lands, topo maps, satellite view, campgrounds, game concentration by season and migration, on and on. Good luck.
