Project 2025.....

If leather-bound books and mahogany are in the mix, even a gun/reloading room gets instantly upgraded to a “study”. Wear your high-style with pride!
To be fair, a smells of coffee and dog farts are much more likely. But I like your style… the upstairs will hence forth be known as “the study.”

I always figure if I call it my study, the people who don’t know what I’m actually doing in there will think higher of me. The people who do know what I’m doing in there will think I’m better at it than I am. Win-win.

Finish paving the back yard with thise expensive, hard to find pavers the wife loves, paint thr interior, pack, and move to AZ. Sucks. Never got the basement built out.

The window lady came yesterday and measured for the new ones they will make, and install. Old mobile home. Ouch.

Get steps built for porches and rails.

New doors for front and back porch. Back needs framing, most likely front needs reframing.

Shelves and workbenches need to be made for the new shop & tool sheds,so I can do the rest.

Riparian habitat cage wired ,planted and drip installed.

Get carpets ripped out and new floor laid.

New kitchen counter/cabinets.

Tear out the ugly tub and get shower in and finish.

Maybe I'll hit 70 in April and live another year.

Nothing going on here......................................................Dotti wants to play.

Some amazing stuff in here gents. I will be spending time with my new son this summer/fall. Taking all out of state trips off my plate for the year.

Will be focused on birds and just archery when I get time.

I have some paternity leave in the fall so I will soak up that time and maybe try to get some tlc done around the yard and house. Saving up for new flooring for upstairs.

Put the final touches on the kitchen remodel. Might do a few hundred SF addition on to my house this year. Not sure yet, still in the planning phase.

Late as usual--the weather always reminds me we should have gotten to it in and hung them in February--but looking for some wood to build a handful of wood duck boxes. Good project for me and my 7 year old grandson. New place is set up nicely for some we can see from our windows-- and we are very close to beaver ponds and a drainage below the shallow lake by us. I know they will use them before long.
