A lot of the high volume dealers are not gouging.. they are replenishing stock from distributors and manufacturers that have raised their prices due to the higher demand / supply chain problems.

I buy my ammo via Sportsmans Warehouse and I don't see any price gouging per se. Prices seem to go up when I get new ammo but a box of ammo unless I do target shooting lasts me 4-5 years.

I'm just glad I had purchased bulk ammo and reloading supplies whenever I'd see good deals pop up long before this round of shortages and price hikes came around. Learned my lesson when you couldn't even find a box of 22LR.
