Preference point restoration?

I returned my muzzy elk tag for a refund and a +1 preference point restoration due to the Cameron peak fire, but have yet to see my points restored on CPW’s website? Anybody seen their fire refund points restored yet?

I thought it was setup to get a monetary refund and points restored to pre-draw levels. I didn’t think you got a +1 point.
