Every now and then, a more distant relative will give me a wallet as a present. Seeing as how it spends significant time glued to my butt, I’m very particular about the build of it. Anyone else have this issue and what’s your favorite style?

Bifold in beaver tail leather. Tough and the exterior surface on the wallet seems to have just the right amount of stick and slide in your back pocket. I highly doubt any one has worn out the exterior leather on one of these. TOUGH!

Not only that but you are supporting front line wildlife conservation: Trapping.

Thin nylon bifold. I only carry a few cards in it too. No credit cards helps.................

I like a tri fold with Velcro. The maxpedition one fits all my needs. I never sit on my wallet though, it can cause back problems. If I’m going somewhere that I will need to sit for a while and can’t put my wallet in a different pocket I bring my gerber money clip. Haven’t found a venue yet that won’t let me bring in my money clip! 😉

I use a "no fold" that fits nicely in my front pocket. It's really just a card holder but it fits what I need.

I'm a bi-fold guy currently, but lately I've been thinking about ditching the wallet all together. A co-worker of mine has a phone case that has a little compartment on the back that holds his ID, Debit Card, and I think 1 other card. It's really all you need these days. Of course I usually keep my hunting license in my wallet also, so not sure how that would work.
