Poaching Justice

I really like the reciprocating law but have often wondered how that is enforced. I wonder if there is a data base that red flags those names when they enter any of the other states system?

I would really like to know how it works or if it works at all.

I would hope that in this day and age that whenever a person loses their privileges that it would automatically be entered into a national database system by the arresting agency. That way all the states would have that name in their system and a red flag would go up preventing that person from getting a license anywhere else if they applied for one.

Boy, that sentence was a joke. That Judge needs an ass-whipping.
