Nothing like burning your mouth with one bite only for the next to still be half frozen.

Went to a restaurant in DC last week that had blue cheese and balsamic glaze topped chips as an appetizer. Pretty tasty so I wanted to make some at home. Didn’t have any chips so I did it with fries instead. Still tasty. As was the black and blue elk burger.
