Plate ‘em up

@JustinsDad ’s Sunday Pic of the Day got me craving halibut. So I thawed a third of the last of the filets my neighbor gave me and cooked it up tonight.

Pan seared and finished with a garlic and lemon beurre blanc. For anyone wanting to take the texture of mashed potatoes to the next level, I’d highly encourage looking into a potato ricer vs. using a mixer. No electrons were harmed in making my mashed potatoes 😆.
