Plate ‘em up

Really ? I've never seen it and I pride myself on being a leinies connoisseur. Is it out up there now?
I feel like I bring this up every year. One of my favorites styles of beer are the Oktoberfest marzen or festbiers. Leine’s does one of the better wise spread ones. If you get over the river to the west of you in MN, Schell’s does one better. That is one beer I genuinely miss from MN since moving.

Ok. What is that? I'm a heathen from Montana remember? mtmuley
It’s a Mexican sauce. Has a lot of spices, chilis, different kinds of seeds and dark Mexican chocolate. It’s not overly spicy, but very bold flavor. Usually served with big chunks of chicken which is what I did, but can also be put over enchiladas, burritos or other Mexican fare.

The chocolate is interesting. I wish you lived closer. I'd be over for dinner a lot. mtmuley

Dinner and dessert all wrapped up together. 😆 The Mexican dark chocolate isn’t creamy like Hersheys. It’s bitter, which adds almost a coffee taste to the sauce. There’s plenty leftover…

Sauce would probably also be good with game birds, squirrel, rabbit, etc. What say you @BrentD? Hank Shaw has a few mole recipes on his website with game birds.
