Cooked up some bream and fresh zucchini today

I love panfish cooked that way, yum.
 
I wish I took a picture. Had a very colorful stir fry tonight. Venison stir fry pieces( usually what I trim off the steaks and some roasts to round them off or even them up) red and orange bell peppers, scallions, carrot, and purple cabbage. I don’t mean to brag, but it was done to perfection, all the veggies still had a crunch to them, sauce was not at all too liquidy, meat was done perfectly. We love stir fry’s in our house!
 
Marinated elk round steak in jalapenos, lime juice, olive oil and a bunch of seasonings. Made quesadillas with the meat, corn and pepperjack cheese. Served black refried beans, avocado and chips on the side. Made a jalapeno, cilantro, lime, verde cream sauce to drizzle on top.

*plating isn't gorgeous, but my live in food critic seems happy. :)
