Bob Marshall Wilderness a few years back. Before the storm hit. With gratitude to Wilderness Lodge Outfitting. Too far to pack without their stock. And special thanks to Boots The Mule for hauling my butt to the Great Divide.
Upper White River?

A few favorites from my 2019 CO bull. Backpacked in, shot my bull, and my packer showed up the next morning.

I need to dig out the pictures from another device but one of my favorite horse training times was teaching my horse Badger to shed hunt. He got really good at it, he'd trot right up to an elk antler, stop in perfect position so I could pick it up, let me tie it onto the saddle, and he'd have the next one spotted already. Sure miss that horse, he was a gem.
