When I started this thread nearly 3 years ago a lot of generous people have offered up a lot of really nice stuff. I had forgotten about the thread because it sort of died. I was given some bullets just this morning so the heart of the thread still lives!
Offering up big tent and a rifle I'm pretty sure are the most generous things offered up. I hope that whoever gets them , in some way pays it forward also.

12x20 Alaknak tent with floor and stove. - All in excellent condition, used on a couple of deer hunts over the years.

If nobody local to you jumps on the rifle, you might consider shipping it. I've sent a few rifles to other states without issues. Private sales are much different than from a registered FFL. The seller, simply sends the rifle to the buyers FFL along with a copy of your driver's license. The USPS ships them without a problem.

I parted the scope off mine to a gentleman in OK when I went and mines shot, discontinued. I would do anything for that 300 wm but I’m LEAVING Montana because we’re hurting so bad… we are packed up and leaving to OK like the 4th or 5th and would be passing through Billings, otherwise I’m in Bozeman area. Let me know.

I was looking through my "scope stash" for something that might be suitable for that .300 but all I have is some lower end stuff. I'll offer them up for the taking anyway. Things are a bit tight for a while so I'll have to ask for shipping.
I have a Bushnell 3x9 AR-223 series with the parallax adjustment. I also have a Simmons 6.5x24 x 50, I think. I had the 3x9 on a mini14 ranch rifle that lived on an ATV for years. I got the Simmons in a trade deal and never used it. They are both in decent shape.

I still have a scope that I had sent in to vortex and they sent me a new one for replacement. It’s been in my closet forever waiting for home! So I would hate to take away from someone that could use it! That’s very kind of you! Thank you

Had somewhat of a similar deal a couple a years back. There was a fellow that got everything stolen out of his pickup on a hunting trip. Gear, firearms his whole camp the whole works. He didn't post asking for anything but for people to help him keep an eye outfor any suspicious stuff and watch pawn shops in the area he got robbed.

I messaged him and asked if he'd be interested in some clothing (sitka gear and various other things I don't use) much anymore. He declined, told me thanks but he'd rebuild his gear and I respect that.

I'm not living high on the hog nor do I get it on a pro deal or for free. My offer is still out there.

I still have the gear and clothing I was gonna offer him. I'm not interested in selling clothes for a quarter of what people pay for it. If someone is getting into hunting or has a family member or friend that could help them out I'm more interested in that route. Shoot me a pm if interested

Very kind dude thank you. It’s literally the caliber I’ve been saying I’d want next too… Trying to see if any family or even Jas would be willing to make a trip over next week before we officially hit the road so I can get it in a lockbox on the uhaul and not riding loose with my wife and I.

Man I've wanted a tikka T3 in .270 for a while now, but definitely don't need one. Super generous of you, and other folks giving stuff away. I love this thread.

People have been pretty generous with me on here in the past. You know who you are, he who hooked me up with a very nice fly reel a few years back. Appreciate you guys!

I don’t have anything super cool to offer at the moment, but if someone is trying to cobble together a bow I’ve got some bare-bones basic Trophy Ridge stuff to pass on down. Fixed 3 pin sight, quiver, whisker biscuit, and a stabilizer.

Also have a variety of nothing fancy but unused 100 grain broadheads that I’d be happy to part with. Not sure what all I’ve got. Maybe a sampler pack of like 7-9 with 1ea marked as a tester and the rest unused. Again, nothing fancy, think Muzzy 3 and 4 blades. A highlight to someone might be what I think are Grim Reaper hybrids, 3ea plus the practice head. Not sure, gotta dig em up.

Aaaand, 5ea of some Victory V-Force Gamer arrows in 350 spline (I did break one when I moved around my peep but not my sight, d’oh!). The carbon to carbon length is 28.” Three vane AAE Max Quiets, left offset. Hardly been shot. I could also trim these shorter and might have some Easton inserts that’ll fit. Shipping might get a lil wild for these alone though.

But all of the above could fit into one box nicely if someone needed it.

And f**k it, I’ve also got maybe 4 boxes (actually 3 full boxes plus 1ea loaded round and 19ea once fired brass) of 7mm-08 Norma Whitetail 150 grain ammo someone could have. I bought them back in the ammo scarcity days and won’t use them anytime soon.

Covering shipping or swinging by to meet me in Missoula gets any or all of the above.
